TELLISCOPE / TELLABLE LLP
Terms of Use
Effective date: 20 October 2026
1. Who we are and how these terms apply
Telliscope is operated by Tellable LLP (“Tellable”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Use govern the Telliscope website and application, including paid content services and connected integrations. By creating an account, accepting these terms at checkout or using the service, you agree to them. If you act for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering a contract.
Our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy and Digital Delivery Policy explain related matters. A separately signed agreement or order form takes precedence for the matters it expressly covers. Mandatory legal rights always apply.
2. The service
Telliscope supports business research, content planning, AI-assisted drafting, publishing, content improvement, search monitoring and AI visibility tracking. Features, usage limits, review arrangements and deliverables depend on your plan and the order accepted at checkout. Illustrative product screens and examples are not promises of particular results.
Human article review by Tellable is included only where your plan or order expressly provides it. That review is an additional service and does not replace the final manual review and approval required from you or your authorised team. It does not guarantee accuracy, legal compliance, originality, publication acceptance or search performance, or remove Tellable’s responsibility to provide the review service with reasonable care. Features described as “coming soon” are not included as available features until released.
3. Your account and website authorisation
Keep account and billing information accurate and protect your credentials. You are responsible for your authorised team’s use and for promptly reporting unauthorised access. Connect only websites, CMS accounts, analytics properties and source materials that you own or are authorised to manage. Grant only the permissions needed, and revoke access when no longer required.
All content generated, suggested, edited or delivered through Telliscope must be manually reviewed and approved by you or an authorised member of your team before it is used, shared, scheduled or published. Authorising a CMS connection or automated workflow does not waive this requirement. You must configure and use publishing permissions so that only manually reviewed and approved content is released. Maintain your own website backups and appropriate access controls.
4. Customer materials and generated content
You retain your rights in the information, documents, prompts, logos, website material and other content you provide (“Customer Materials”). You grant us a limited licence to process those materials to provide, secure and support the service, including through the providers described in our Privacy Policy. You must have the necessary permissions and lawful basis to supply them.
As between you and Tellable, and subject to payment of the applicable fees, you may use the content delivered for your business for lawful commercial purposes. This does not transfer ownership of our software, methods, templates or pre-existing materials, or of third-party material. AI output may be similar to output produced for others; we do not promise exclusive rights or that every output qualifies for copyright protection. Third-party licences continue to apply.
Do not upload passwords, payment credentials, special-category or highly sensitive personal information, or confidential information you are not authorised to disclose. Company DNA is not used to train AI models, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Telliscope for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, defamatory or harmful content; malware; impersonation; unauthorised access; spam; artificial traffic; or attempts to evade service limits. Do not use it to operate link schemes or publish content intended to manipulate search rankings in breach of search-engine policies. You remain responsible for your website and business’s compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform terms.
6. Fees, monthly renewal and payments
Prices, plan limits and applicable GST or other taxes are disclosed before payment. Unless a separate order specifies otherwise, subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically each month at the disclosed price until cancelled. Any recurring payment is subject to your payment authorisation and applicable payment-system requirements. Review the billing date and amount at checkout.
Payments are processed through Razorpay and the relevant banking or payment partners. We may receive payment status, transaction identifiers and billing information needed to operate your subscription. Do not share payment passwords, OTPs or UPI PINs with us. Failed or disputed payments may delay activation or lead to suspension after appropriate notice.
We will notify you before a material price change takes effect on a renewal so you can cancel before being charged at the new price. We will not apply a new price retrospectively to an already-paid period.
7. Cancellation, refunds and deletion
You may cancel future renewals as explained in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your current paid month, with access continuing until then. It does not reverse an existing charge or automatically refund delivered work.
Company DNA and other customer account content are scheduled for automatic removal seven days after paid access ends. Export anything you want to keep before then. Legally required billing, payment, security and dispute records may be retained separately as explained in the Privacy Policy. Deleting your account or subscription does not remove content already published to your own website or third-party systems.
8. Search-engine and AI-platform outcomes — no guarantee
Google, other search engines, AI platforms, hosting providers and website platforms are independent third parties. They control their own algorithms, policies, indexing, crawling, recommendations, suspensions and access decisions. We do not guarantee indexing, continued eligibility, any SERP position, impressions, traffic, AI citations, leads, revenue or recovery from a penalty.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tellable LLP is not responsible or liable for a customer website being blocked, barred, suspended, deindexed, delisted, penalised or excluded by Google or another third party, or for losses or reductions in impressions, search-engine results page (SERP) positions, traffic, AI visibility, enquiries or revenue arising from those third-party decisions, algorithm changes or other factors outside our reasonable control, including where the website uses content created or published through Telliscope.
Such an outcome alone is not proof that our service was defective and does not by itself create an entitlement to compensation, a refund, restoration of rankings or free remedial work. Nothing in this clause excludes liability for our fraud or wilful misconduct, a breach of an express obligation for which exclusion is prohibited, or any other liability or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. It does not remove your rights in relation to an actual failure to provide the contracted service.
9. Mandatory content review and responsibility
All content generated, suggested, edited or delivered through Telliscope is supplied for your review. You or an authorised member of your team must manually review, verify and approve each item before relying on, using, sharing, scheduling or publishing it. This applies to text, factual claims, citations, links, images, metadata and later revisions, including refreshed or optimised content. Review must cover accuracy, completeness, timeliness, intellectual-property rights, privacy, defamation, advertising rules, regulated claims and suitability for your business and audience. Obtain professional advice where appropriate.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, misleading, similar to other content or unsuitable for your intended use. Generated citations or sources may be incorrect or unavailable. We do not warrant that generated content is error-free, unique, non-infringing or sufficient for a particular legal, regulatory or commercial purpose. Telliscope is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical or other qualified professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for the content you approve, publish or otherwise use, and Tellable LLP is not responsible or liable for loss, damage or third-party claims to the extent caused by your failure to carry out the required manual review and verification, your inaccurate or unauthorised inputs, your changes to delivered content, or your use of content contrary to these terms or our reasonable written instructions. Delivery of a draft, automated generation, a configured publishing schedule or Tellable’s additional human review does not constitute your final approval.
This allocation of responsibility does not excuse Tellable from an expressly agreed obligation, including providing a purchased review service with reasonable care. Nothing in this section excludes liability for our fraud, wilful misconduct or any negligence, service deficiency or other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Your non-waivable legal rights and remedies remain available.
If you discover inaccurate, infringing or harmful content, stop relying on it, remove or correct it in systems you control where appropriate, and notify contact@telliscope.app with the affected content and relevant details. We will investigate issues concerning our service; this does not promise control over third-party caches, indexing or copies.
10. Third-party services and availability
We use service providers, including PostHog for product analytics where enabled, to operate and improve Telliscope. The information processed, purposes and applicable choices are explained in our Privacy Policy. Agreement to these terms does not replace any separate consent required for non-essential analytics.
Third-party integrations may change, restrict access or become unavailable. We will use reasonable care in providing the service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Your use of connected services is also subject to their terms. We are not endorsed by or affiliated with Google or the AI platforms merely because our service works with or monitors them.
11. Liability and remedies
Subject to mandatory law, Tellable is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost goodwill or losses caused by matters outside our reasonable control. You should maintain independent copies of important content and records.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tellable LLP’s total aggregate liability to you arising out of or relating to Telliscope or these terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed the total subscription fees actually paid by you to Tellable LLP for the affected Telliscope subscription during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event first giving rise to the claim. Claims arising from the same event or a series of related events are treated together, with the six-month period measured before the first such event. This is an aggregate cap, not a separate allowance for each claim.
This cap and the foregoing exclusions do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing restricts statutory consumer remedies, lawful refund rights, access to a competent consumer forum, or other non-waivable rights. The cap does not reduce a refund otherwise due under our Refund Policy or applicable law. Where we fail to provide the purchased service, the remedies in our Refund Policy and applicable law remain available.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, unauthorised access, illegal use, a serious breach of these terms or a security threat. Where practicable, we will notify you and give a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. We may act immediately where needed to protect users, comply with law or prevent material harm. If we discontinue a paid service for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will address the unused paid portion through a proportionate refund or another remedy you agree to, subject to applicable law.
13. Changes, governing law and complaints
We may update these terms prospectively. Material changes affecting an ongoing subscription will be notified before taking effect, with an opportunity to cancel future renewal. Changes do not remove rights accrued before their effective date.
Indian law governs these terms. Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction rules and your right to approach a competent consumer forum or other authority, courts with competent jurisdiction in Chennai, Tamil Nadu will hear disputes. Please first send a clear description of your concern to our grievance contact so we can try to resolve it.
