Digital Delivery Policy

1. Digital service; no physical shipping

Telliscope supplies online software access and digital content services. We do not ship physical products. Shipping charges, courier tracking, physical returns and delivery-area restrictions therefore do not apply to the standard service.

2. When delivery starts

Paid customers receive immediate access after successful payment confirmation and completion of any required account setup. If payment is pending, failed or under verification, access may wait until it is confirmed. The service is delivered through your Telliscope account, rather than by physical shipment.

Immediate access means access to the purchased plan. It does not mean that all monthly articles, research, reviews or managed deliverables are completed immediately.

3. Content and managed-service fulfilment

Content production and publishing depend on your plan, connected website, Company DNA, supplied inputs and required approvals. Any specific delivery schedule or onboarding arrangements will be communicated in your order, account or agreed project schedule. Monthly article allowances are governed by the plan purchased; this policy does not increase those allowances or promise an unagreed turnaround.

Enterprise review and managed execution follow the scope agreed for that plan. All content must be manually reviewed and approved by you or your authorised team before use or publication, including where your plan includes Tellable’s additional human review. Publication takes place only under the approval and publishing permissions applicable to your account. Your own approval delays, missing inputs or third-party outages may affect timing; we will explain material delays we become aware of.

4. Access or delivery problems

If payment succeeds but access is not available, email contact@telliscope.app with your registered email and payment reference. We will investigate and restore access or address non-delivery under the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Do not repeatedly pay for the same plan while an earlier payment is being checked.

5. Search results are not delivery milestones

Delivery of access or content does not guarantee Google indexing, rankings, impressions, AI mentions, leads or any other third-party outcome. Search engines and AI services independently determine those outcomes, as explained in our Terms of Use.
